About the League

The UAE Pro League is the top tier of football in the United Arab Emirates, contested by 14 clubs with AFC Champions League places at the top and relegation at the bottom. Al Ain won the 2025-26 title unbeaten for a record 15th championship.

The UAE Pro League, known as the ADNOC Pro League under its title sponsorship, is the top division of football in the United Arab Emirates. Established in 1973, it is contested by 14 clubs who play a 26-match home-and-away season running from August to May. The league is one of the strongest in West Asia and a regular supplier of clubs to continental competition. The leading finishers qualify for the AFC Champions League Elite, with a further place available in the AFC Champions League Two, while the bottom two clubs are relegated to the UAE First Division League. Heavy investment in squads and facilities, together with a willingness to sign high-profile international players and coaches, has raised the division's standard and its audience well beyond the Gulf. Al Ain are the dominant force. The Garden City club won the 2025-26 title unbeaten, sealing the championship with two games to spare, and they now hold a record 15 league titles. Al Wahda, Al Nasr, Shabab Al Ahli, Sharjah, Ittihad Kalba and Ajman are among the clubs providing the strongest opposition, and the Abu Dhabi and Dubai derbies are among the best-attended fixtures on the Emirati sporting calendar. Ajman's Henrique Victor leads the scoring charts in the opening weeks of the current campaign with two goals. OneLightScore carries the UAE Pro League with live scores throughout every matchday, complete fixtures and results, the current standings with AFC qualification and relegation places clearly marked, top-scorer data, and where-to-watch information wherever broadcast details are available.
