By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws. These Terms incorporate our Privacy Notice and Third-Party Services page by reference.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. The Service

OneLightScore provides sports scores, fixtures, results, standings and editorial “where to watch” information. The Service is provided for general informational purposes only.

Accuracy. Scores, times, line-ups, standings and broadcast details may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate, and some data shown may be illustrative or for demonstration. You should not rely on the Service for betting, financial or other decisions. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

4. Where-to-watch information

The Service tells you which official broadcasters and streaming services carry a given match in different regions. OneLightScore is not a streaming provider and does not host, stream or distribute any match footage. Broadcast rights are owned by the relevant rights holders, and access to any stream is subject to the terms and pricing of the broadcaster concerned. We do not endorse and are not responsible for third-party services, and you must only access content through lawful, authorised means.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
• scrape, harvest or copy data at scale, or circumvent technical limits;
• interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems;
• click on or generate impressions on advertisements in a fraudulent or automated manner; or
• infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any party.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, text and original content, is owned by OneLightScore or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Team, league and broadcaster names and logos are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification only; their use does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.

7. Third-party links & content

The Service may link to or display content from third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites, services or content. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

8. Advertising

The Service is supported by advertising served by third parties, including Google AdSense. Advertisements and any linked landing pages are the responsibility of the relevant advertisers, not us. We do not endorse advertised products or services. How advertising and cookies work, and how you can control them, is described in our Privacy Notice. You can also turn the ad section off using the control in the footer.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneLightScore will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OneLightScore from any claims, damages or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the “Last updated” date will reflect the latest version. Your continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Courts located there will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
