Friday nights under the lights at Portman Road always feel special. This one carries extra weight as Ipswich Town welcome Liverpool in Premier League action.
Kick-off is 20:00 BST on 4 September. The home side sit on three points after a mixed start, while Liverpool remain unbeaten yet still hunting their first win of the campaign under Andoni Iraola.
Why it matters: A result for Ipswich would send shockwaves through the division and give the Suffolk club belief they belong at this level. Liverpool need three points to settle early-season nerves and climb the table.
Viewing notes and how to watch: Sky Sports Main Event and Premier League broadcast the fixture live in the UK. US fans can catch it on USA Network from 15:00 ET. Streaming options include Sky Go, NOW and Peacock where available.
The underdog narrative writes itself. Ipswich have already shown they can compete, and the atmosphere will demand a response from the visitors. Live scores and updates will track every moment as the drama unfolds.
Expect intensity from the first whistle. Liverpool possess superior quality on paper, yet Friday nights in Suffolk have a habit of producing surprises.
